Damage values are somewhat fraudulent because damage dealt by towers doesn't show up there I believe. So defenders were doing better in that regard. But it did feel like everyone had very little experience on the format, I think going wide for the defender works out better because all of these maps are so ladden with chokepoints and you can nibble the enemy down with towers. Eumaies wasn't also aware in the first game that you can't take the final point without taking the connected supply points first.

Thanks for the vid, i really enjoyed it, glad to see siege battles. I understand that they are heavily discussed. Nontheless i realy like the idea of siege matches, they offer different strategies. I think Domination mode sieges would be cool too.

Im so sorry I missed this, but US time. Pretty sure this type of stream wont be regular, but for the fun of it, could be done every once in a while. Especially if CA keeps making siege changes.

I dunno how i feel about this format. It's somewhat fun but feela so lopsided and comes down to who plays campaign more. There are a few tricks to siege battles that'll never be used in land battles and there are too many units that are almost worthless in a siege. The things i saw most is the lack of archers and too many gunpowder units, trying to hold walls which is usually a detriment, and i feel too much weight was given to the attacker in funds for an even fight. It takes one mistake for the defenser to fall whereas the attacker has to make mistake after mistake after mistake to lose
