Your commentary is so annoying sometimes that it makes it hard to watch your videos. A good example would be when you were examining the chaos army before the last battle.

And in terms of viewers being unable to handle negative feedback aimed at Turin (and this is coming from someone who likes him), just remember how many seasons he spent casting competitive tournament after tournament without ever addressing the obvious balance issues. His channel went at least a year with nothing but Grom the Paunch & Troll Hag after the DLC came out because he wouldn't ban the character. Or Malekith before Fun Stealer was nerfed, or any of the vampiric summons with infinite health, or War Wagon cheese or any of the other ones. It might be competitive purism but it's misery to watch. I get it. It's a balancing act between maintaining an audience and keeping CA on side on pain of exclusion from new releases.

I feel like they could be fixed by a simple A.I. tweak + some new moves. 1. Turn the charge attack into a ranged attack. 2. Stop them from walking at the target that's in range. 3. Stop them from spinning and showing back. 4. Make them capable of charging through other units without getting netted.

You make interesting points about land battles vs conquest (vs domination). Based on Turin's last few Domination tournaments, you can practically write the players' builds before you even see them - for example, there's so little deviation from the established meta that I didn't know Rot Knights or Plague Ogres even existed on the Nurgle roster until I used them in campaign. The format is certainly fairer in some ways but on the other hand, it does eliminate certain play styles and tactics.

Blunderbusses are one of the most fun units to use. Nothing is safe from their damage output if they get to fire, from chaff infantry to monstrous cavalry to campaign-buffed foot characters.

Some next level micro to dodge the homing missiles while setting up the mobility flank. Chorfs did a good job of keeping their blunderbusses online. Those last second volleys before eating the charges were clutch.

Did they tune down the homing on the deathshriekers? I remember trying to dodge them with morathi on her flying pony but they hit like 9/10 shots

I think crabbling's rationale for double deathshriek was to counter a soul grinder or changebringers. Very costly and vulnerable, but chaos dwarves are in a state where that's really their only long range pressure option against SE's or monstrous units since they are the only gunpowder faction without regular cannons or jezzails.

Hand of the gods is also very good against infantry with the homing update. My favourite ability! Sometimes I take Kroq gar on foot just to shoot the laser hand :)

3:20:43 I'm pretty sure bloaty boy explosion counts as a spell. I tested in Sandbox vs Slayers (108 hp / model) and they were all brought to 50% hp. Against Infernal Ironsworn (106 hp / model) the units were brought to about 30% hp.

Kholek Suneater is actually very lonely. Dragon Ogres are perma sterile and doomed to go extinct. I imagine he'd need a hug sometimes.
