My very first synth back in 1984. I remember having to fix the animator not long after I'd bought it and the IC was a couple of quid at the time! Great to see that you got it working again. Not a great synth, but the filter is quite cool when you crank the resonance - if I remember right. Great video btw. Have fun! :)

yes the animator IC is pretty expensive, only eclipsed by the M110 which is now £100, yikes. The synth has a nice sound but could do with a sub oscillator at least.
