after calibration , why my vale is operating between 50 to 100 percent.. what i meant physical valve is 50 percent but positioner reads is 4 ma, o percent and operates from this range

See, brother, it is not supposed to stop at normal run 1. Actuator has a range from 0 to 100. If valve gets stuck inside it while operating,Then Run 1 Failed will show. Please Check, valve is stuck somewhere when it is open or closed.
