Siemens LOGO PLC: updating via SD card BASICS

Hi, looks like it has been long time since you upload this video but still I hope you can answer my question. I have two ink mixing Machines and on one of them I accidentally clear the programs.. now machine is not doing anything. I wanted to copy programming via sd card because the one running without problem has sd card slot, but the problem one doesn't ( or I can't find it).There is a slot but looks like it is for cable connection. I don't have that cable. I don't know how to fix this problem. If you can help me I will really appreciate it. Thanks in advance. Regards Alex Sydney - Australia

The ones I work with also have an Ethernet port, which also allows uploading by using the Logo software. It sounds like you may want to replace that unit, though, JMHO.

Thanks for the Video! So I have the same LOGO! version, just without the screen. I have been trying hours to get it run my programm from the SD-Card. But I guess that is not possible since I have to manually press "Start Programm", since I dont have a screen or buttons to do so....

I guess you have to use the Logo software to make the program run on the PLC. I haven't used the ones without display.
