' Good afternoon, I am attempting to do a backup with the same USB/PPI Multi-Master Cable and a TP177B PN/DP-6 using Prosave software but not able to establish connection. I followed your stepts exactly but nothing. are there settings on my computer in the control panel under the SET PG/PC interface tab that I need to change and if so to what? Prosave can work for any windows OS. It has its own versions for both Win Xp and Win 10.

Check Communication interface. Do proper settings for DIP switches on the back side of Touch panel. Check PG PC interface as well.
