The new version is impressive, but here's a humble suggestion I would like to share. As you are evolving in developing advanced GUI with multiple complex options, there needs to be enough (simple) tutorials and qualified support engineers to help us use your tool. The support that I have been receiving from DSEs is very substandard, most DSEs lack information on the best practices themselves or are aware on the latest methods. This is prompting us to migrate to other CFD codes available in market. I wish DSEs to be more proactive in interacting with customers/customer interaction and to understand customer needs - requirements, this will help us better achieve our goals using CCM.
