The programme content was only released about one week before the concert. The running order was even changed on the night by JW. The singers were only announced a few days before as well, although we had heard that Seth was appearing. They had the same problem with My Fair Lady, the owners of the rights wanted silly money to allow it to be televised.

This part was never shown on Red Button either, but the BBC kindly uploaded the video to KZbin on 10 September! :-)
