Sounds good, glad I could help. Sierra is very frustrating in the beginning. But just get used to it and you will love it. Appreciate it. Yeah it's been a long road here on YT. Frustrating sometimes to see other trading channels that are clearly just there for shock value and scams with huge followings, but I'm just going slow and steady, hopefully we get there someday.

Hey, great video and hugely helpful! I have a few questions if you would be kind enough to answer? 1) Which service do you use for your DOM? 2) Does Sierra Chart act as a broker themselves, for example, can I place trades and grow a live account without linking to an external broker? I don't quite understand the concept of it yet as my experience is limited to mainstream CFD broker accounts where you just sign up and go! My apologies for using KZbin as a platform to ask specific questions. Please let me know if there is an alternative. Many thanks

Hey. No worries, you can also contact me at the email in the video descriptions. 1- I have my live accounts with Stage 5 trading as my broker and I use Sierra Chart package 11. I also connect Apex (or any other funded account company) inside of Sierra Chart with package 11. 2- No, Sierra is not a broker itself, just an analysis and trading platform. You need an account with an IB (Introductory Broker). There is also another component called a clearinghouse which the IB sets you with. The CH is who sends your orders directly into the CME for example if you are trading futures and matches buyers/sellers. So for example I use Stage 5 as an IB broker through Advantage Futures as the CH. They have a lot of info on the website of what brokers they work with. But I would recommend using one that is compatible with their Denali data feed and Teton order routing. So either EdgeClear or Stage5 would be the best choice to open a live account and connect it to Sierra Chart I think. It is very easy to set up. You just fund the account and tell them your Sierra Chart username and they connect it on the backend and it's set. You just select the broker from a list and connect to trade.

Go to the chart settings of the DOM and check the linking number and settings. So it matches the others.

Hey George, great to hear. US Regulated Brokers are not allowed to give out commissions so there is no referral link, I am just recommending them cause I do really think they are great and a good option for beginners. I would also recommend Tradovate as well which I used before. Either one of those are great for anyone getting into futures. If you ever want to look into futures trader funding companies I do have a referral in my description for Earn2Trade which I have used before and those referrals definitely help the channel keep growing. Glad you enjoy the content.

I appreciate your videos but noticed there's lots of thuds, bumping, thumping that the microphone picks up. For example, start at 5:09 a couple seconds later there's one. You're not the only one guilty of it, although I notice it happens a little more often when your videos come up. Not sure if it bothers anyone else but maybe it's more so when I wear headphones.
