Just wanna say your hair is beautiful & embracing it can be hard (fellow curly girl) but it’s a part of you & you embracing your natural hair also shows others that their hair is beautiful too and the natural way we are is enough & not something we need to change 💗

Have you thought about getting a different cut/shape for your hair? Or maybe trying different wash n go routines would change how it lays, blow drying it instead of air drying, etc. Try sectioning it off, keep trying products till you find something that genuinely feels good going through the curls, stretch it with heat or silk scrunchies. Braids and faux locs aren't truly protective styles, so I'm glad you're taking a break and embracing your hair as/is, you look just as beautiful girl 🤍

I suggest taking minoxidil or finasteride oral route instead. I find it a lot easier since its just a pill at night for me and cheaper because its mostly covered by insurance. all you have to do is ask your primary care provider for it
