When I was in elementary school, our music teacher would bring us into the small gym at our school and put us little toddlers on that small stage in the gym and we would sing “Till There Was You”. I can still remember the words to this song, after all these years and I am 70. Sierra singing “Till There Was You” with her beautiful voice and Julian playing the piano! Oh, how beautiful! Tears in my eyes, with beautiful memories of my elementary school days. God Bless you, Sierra and God Bless you, Julian. You are both a great gift to the world!!!

Why would any Broadway producer mounting a revival of a great golden age musical or a symphony orchestra planning a program of the great show songs of the mid 20th Century look to anyone other than these two wonderful singers to perform this music? Absolute perfection in every lovely note. Pure magic for anyone who loves this genre.

Well, I never thought about it till now, but I wish Sierra had played Marian in the recent Broadway revival of Music Man, and I'm shocked she wasn't begged to play the part. I like Sutton Foster, but I thought she was somewhat miscast. Sierra would have been wonderful.
