for those still wondering, the lines can be removed by going to study settings --> settings and inputs tab --> IBR Extension Display Mode --> set to None

What kind of data feed need for Market Profile? I know level 5 in SC is required at historical data feed. For CQG data feed, real-time, they have a "Top of book" feed and it is cheaper than the full.

That's a data thing. You would need to change the symbol for pound/euro or whatever you are trying to see.
