I can say my boyfriend has a pair of the every day chino type pants and he loves them. He’s had them almost 3 years now and other than having to sew back on a button they are in great shape. He literally wears them as soon as they are clean.

The jacket price feels exorbitant to you because you’re used to fast fashion prices. If this company really is sustainable and pay their workers a fair wage then the price is not exorbitant at all, it’s fair. I know lots of people can’t afford anything that isn’t fast fashion, and it’s completely fine, my point is not about that. Just that $170 is really not that much for a jacket if it’s made in the best way, I’d say it’s pretty cheap

Would love to see Stephen and Mario review any brand, maybe even a comparison of men’s and women’s clothes. Not my idea just wanted to make another comment so hopefully you guys see it!
@onlychristinefans3 сағат бұрын
Sustainable fashion costs more for many reasons, paying for organic materials, paying livable wages does cost more money. As someone who really really tries to shop sustainably when possible, I know there is a good chance I will be spending more than something from fast fashion. I know it was briefly mentioned, but it's the same price as Lululemon which is not Carbon Neutral/climate neutral like vuori and less than alo which does not have extended sizing.

My husband found out about Vuori years ago, and I wholeheartedly agree with your assessment! I loved the quality material and shirts, but bras and bottoms were a no-go for me. As a size 12-14, their XL bras and bottoms were ridiculously small compared to other brands. I found Girlfriend Collective a couple years ago and haven’t looked back!

I’ve worn the performance joggers multiple times a week for over 2 years. wash them at least once a week. no pilling. still in great condition. My only issue is lighter colors show every lump & bump. You definitely get what you pay for with them.
@Just.Bailey51 минут бұрын
That's awesome! Do you have to be precious about washing them? I assume you wash in cold water & lay flat or hang to dry?
@katelynnies92183 сағат бұрын
I will say, while their fabric for things like the shorts and their Halo joggers, are suuuuuper soft. It comes at a price, which is it will pill easily (which just happens as part of the nature of softer fabrics) and get holes quicker than you'd probably like for the price and sustainability perspective. Their "workout" leggings lose their spring back after 5-6 wears and no longer give you a little compression, causing them to fall and look droopy. There are some pieces at Vuori that I love and think they do really well, but I think they have a lot to work on to ensure pieces last a long time...and they could make bras that are meant for boobs bigger than an A cup.

Just a tidbit of info: an XXL and 2X are not the same size. An XXL is a scaled up straight size, while a 2X (no L) is a true plus size. Each have different measurements on purpose. Hope that helps!

Vuori has been my mom uniform for a couple years. I love them! However, after a lot of wear, the thigh chafing will rub holes in the pants, which stinks for how expensive they are.

I loved Lululemon leggings but the price is ridiculous especially Canadian pricing! I just bought a pair of Arie leggings on sale for under 50$ and I LOVE them!! So I’ve been converted! For 178$ that jacket better be made out of 100% cashmere! Those are ridiculous prices for those items but so are Lululemon prices! imo

I'm from Finland and "vuori" is our word for a mountain. As it seem to sit bit oddly (the structure of letters) to English I was wondering can it root to that word. A lot of our words are constracted in very similar manner like tuoli, huoli, kuori, nuori etc. 🤷♀️
