I bought the Pallas clutch in black, in Paris July 2017. I noticed right away the canvas material is so much thicker than a neverfull and is very very good quality. I also use this as a bag organiser for big cavernous totes and just works amazingly. I can say after a year and half of use in Scottish rain/snow and Las Vegas sun it looks brand new. There’s is no need to baby this at all!! I really can say this was the Best Buy ever!

It is a new law that Hawaii passed, so you have to pay 15 cents for a bag in every store, including Luxury stores like LV, Chanel, Dior, etc. and btw, you are so adorable!

Congratulations on your new purchases. I have the same Pallas clutch and love it. I use it more for evenings out. To make it a little more dressy, I switched out the leather crossbody strap for a gold crossbody strap (k-craft on Amazon) that matched the small one that is already on the bag.

How you felt about not wanting it to sound too showy or whatever about your lv purchase is how I felt(and still do) when I got my car. I have always had older cars and the last one i had was a 2002 ford truck. It had so many problems and was close to 250,000 miles and my husband wrecked the front. So 3 weeks ago i got a 2015 ford escape and I am so happy! It is the nicest thing i have ever owned but I don't want people to think i am being showy or anything when I talk about it. I am just so excited!

I had a similar issue with hives, swelling and extreme itching for almost 6 months. I went to the ER at one point because my face was super swollen, my eyes were almost shut and I was having chest pains. They never figured out what was wrong with me and I was on a mix of steroids, an anti-inflammatory stomach medicine and another OTC pill for several months. It could potentially be an auto immune problem. It did go away by itself eventually, but I feel for you! I hope you feel better soon!

I’m so glad it went away for you! Thank goodness! That’s wonderful and so reassuring to hear. Right now, the doctors have pretty much said there’s no cure which is very frustrating, but luckily it only pops up from time to time.

Randomly came across your video today. I’m from Hawaii and just wanted to say that I’ve never had them ask for $0.15 for a box, but Hawaii recently passed a law that all retailers and grocery stores have to pay $0.15 for bags. They literally need to add it as a line item on the receipt as part of the law so we’re more conscious of our bag use. Just wanted to put it out there so you don’t think we’re just super weird in Hawaii!

Potentially stupid question, but what is the point of a card holder? I never really understood them. Because if you only have cards in it then you have to have another thing to keep your money so you have two things to worry about. Isn’t a wallet just simpler to use?

I never carry cash and don’t have very many cards, so I always found my wallets to be mostly empty and a waste of space. I can fit everything I regularly use in a card holder so it works perfect for me! Guess it just depends on your lifestyle 😊

The black one, will last longer. As it's leather. The canvas will crack over time. This opinion was told to me, by my SA You can hold more in the black one. and if you stuff so many cards in the cardholder you have. it will eventually loosen up.

So the first timing i thought of that could be the reason was the sun. But also it could be a type of alcohol or alcohol in general. I happened to my mom once and it was because of alcohol sometimes. And my grandma breaks out in hives when she gets to much sun sometimes so that’s just some food for though or option you might want to consider. Idk

Alcohol makes my medicine less effective, so while I’m not actually allergic to alcohol it can make the hives more prevalent. Same with sun! Heat can make the allergic reaction worse. If I was a smart lady, I’d stay away from both. But I love a good drink, and the sun. So I’m trying to find a happy medium 😊😂
