I prefer an eclectic/nostalgic/ character tree at home. It's what I grew up with, and it's how I decorate now. I do love a perfectly curated, fancy tree out in public at a store or an event venue. I think there's a place for both kinds of trees.

Sierra, watching you with your children really makes me smile. I have so much baby fever right now, and some fertility issues. And you just being a happy-go-lucky but very grounded mother to your little angel babies with your sweetheart husband just brings me a type of joy that I'm really wanting for myself. But because of circumstances right now, I can't have it yet. So, thank you for sharing this. Despite all of the controversy and things that can go wrong with sharing online, I appreciate the effort to show just a wholesome normal life and family. My family life was an interesting mixed bag of some normalcy but also some bad sad things. And the way that you and Steven parent really makes me feel like I'm seeing a healthy life play out before me. So yeah, I appreciate it 😌🥲🥰

I agree!! I’m sorry to hear about the fertility issues you’re having and how seeing baby things can make you sad, but I also love seeing how grounded this type of parenting feels. It’s how I aspire to be a parent if I’m lucky enough to have kids soon. I want to be actively involved and so present with my kids the way Sierra shows without being too performative and “family vloggy”

My favorite tree of ever was my flakked tree covered in insta poloraids ( this was 15 years ago) but having friends over.. we just got to remember the year together. All the pictures of our adventures. Not as realistic at 35 but at 20 soo fun. I love a family tree, and my friends were that family 🎉

Absolutely love a nostalgic Christmas tree! I have ornaments from nearly every significant moment in my life and it's such a fun memory tree now! Our kids often get a new ornament in their stocking and our colorful memory tree just keeps getting better 😊 love to see an influencer who also does a cozy nostalgic Christmas!

My sister made a goal for herself a couple years ago to do a 5k each month. She had so much fun with it that my husband and I did a few ourselves. We always looked forward to the next months 5k….especially when they were themed with food at the end (i.e donuts, tacos, etc) yummy!
