On a trip to Mexico, while visiting underground water caves, we were forbidden to carry any electronics, including mobile phones, due to the danger of them slipping into the water and their batteries and chemicals contaminating the water. The indigenous people use it as their main water supply. We also had to shower and avoid using any chemical products.

Was that a coin or similar next to left of grey stone directly under the damaged iPhone or some thing else this looks so much fun and great hobby when I was growing up before I became wheelchair bound I use to live nothing more exploring old derilect abandoned buildings even fell through a few floors back then wasn't really illigal which it is now back then if caught police just tell you of and pretend they didn't catch you. It's so very sad and distressing to see things go to wrack and ruin nothing built like old days nower days buildings just slapped up with ply wood walls and floors as well as ton concrete. but doing this on dumpsters which I use to do I would be very very paranoid I would catch something as I dreadful immune disease and prone to catching anything and everything going as the Thames was filthiest manky vile disgusting River imaginable even during great stench housing of parliament has to be shut down legend has it in some parts of the parliament the stench is still engraved on certain parts i suppose the closest I can come up with a modern day version of this ancient water is the River Ganges in India as similar things went into River sewage, rotten bodies human and non human, all household and bodily waste, uncollected decomposed bodies in recent century of endless amount suicides just watched BBC iPlayer royal life coast guard's based on Thames retrieved a body from the Thames it was all bloated so many jumpers from bridges across the stretch of water amoungst all the other nasties lurking around. You should be wearing gloves and or possibly a breathing apparatus and other protective clothing etc so your not breathing any thing nasty like rust, asbestos and other contaminates but great videos I really love all things with history I just watched a history programme on rubbish dumps with permission from government and council they opened a old rubbish tip as experimental data clothes, newspapers, toys mainly plastic and metal from last 50 to 80 years were in perfect to hear perfect conditions still in black rubbish bags sorry can't remember the name of the programme but really really was very fascinating and interesting to watch if I find the name of it I'll comment back. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful adventures and letting us in the virtual world to join along with you Simon and all your friends big thumbs up 👍

@Sifinds5 жыл бұрын
Jan Vafa Thanks. Is one rarer than the other?
@janvafa42535 жыл бұрын
Si-finds - I believe carnelian and amber are both semi-precious... I know that there are differences in the quality/color of amber found around the world ... also they are currently crushing lower quality/smaller Amber and then remaking the Amber so they have larger formed pieces to use in cheaper jewelry ... carnelian they aren’t (can’t) do that with... so I can’t really compare the rarity... too many factors... 😁
