The media team have caught on that many of us with issues sleeping, or with anxiety/PTSD, ADHD or are on the spectrum, play time team on youtube and it helps soothe us and get to sleep. I am one of them, for years now 😌 It's likely one of the biggest reasons for its resurgence. We all needed soothing and sleep during the pandemic and many people came across TT anew, or rediscovered it. I play it most nights at lowest volume and it was one of the only things that helped me sleep for years lol. Tony's voice is just that lovely 🤷♀️ loolol. ❤❤❤ I have seen them at original airing date as well, when I moved to England years ago. I have since moved back to my country of origin, and had been watching the episodes out of nostalgic nerdiness on random people's channels.... when I discovered it helped me sleep (FINALLY!!) and I very much appreciate that aspect of it as well haha. People are smart to have uploaded more episodes, and in different formats, and now have officially joined the snooze train with several hours of soothing, sleepy time goodness for those that need it. 🙌🙌🙌 I am just waiting now for them somehow make T.T. asmr 😌😌😌😌😮💨🫠 lol I would love that 😆

It's a long held fact that many of us use TT to fall asleep - comforted by a group of people that genuinely bounce off each other's dedication...and possibly Tony's dulcet tones (easy to listen to - but not so to look at). My only advice to channels planing to publish amalgamated TT episodes as sleep tonics - remove the loud and entirely sleep-interrupting drum rift at the beginning of each episode, as well as between parts 1-3. It kinda defeats the purpose otherwise..........

That "dowsing" moment was really funny. "If I hold them like that I can't possibly turn them." Unless he slightly pivots them, then gravity will do it for him - just like does a few seconds later. But oh no, it can't possibly be as simple as that, it has to be some magic nonsense.

Mention of corn grinding stones in the Iron Age doesn’t make sense. Corn wasn’t introduced to Europe until til, at the earliest, 1493, post Columbus coming to the Americas. Corn is a Central American food and I do think the reference to a corn grinding stone is correct. Could be a grinding stone for some other food obviously, like wheat or oats, but surely not corn.
