I trained with his school when I was 9-10 years old back in 1997. I’m 30 now and had NO idea he was a grandmaster or knew Bruce lee.

'Groucho' here. I (along with Rodney F., and Vincent C., and George M.) was with the Lacey's since BEFORE Cremorne Arcade, Perth, at the Boat Shed!! AND trained through the Lacey's under Kong Hing as well, AND the then Chairman of the HK and World CHMAA Chan Hon Chung. These great masters are REVERED. They are beyond 'masters,' they are gods of kung fu. Vincent and David knew Bruce Lee very well and they were great philosophers as well as incredible teachers. I had to go work 'somewhere extremely private,' lets just say, for many years - but what I learned saved my life many times and through that saved many others too. I have had to remain 'quiet' for years due to work, but just cannot do that now because of watching this historic video. Thanks for making this great video. Those were the days - I take no students exactly because of what Sifu Lay said above. LOL But I train every day.
