He was my Sifu in Hayward ca, very tough but humble and compassionate! He took care of us even bringing me food because he knew I didn’t have much! I was with him for a short time due to life’s struggles, to this day I can do panther fist push ups at 40 due to his training! Rest I. Peace Sifu David Lacey!

I hope you all heard that around 4:45 into the video - 'in those days when we started the school it was undergound, to only a select few and the training very hard...' LOL ...And 'we' = some of us still around anyway, were there. Right back then. The Lay Twins - the MOST revered Grand Masters in the world, along with Great Grand Master Kong Hing and of course then Chairman of HK and World CMAA the Great Grand Master Chan Hon Chung. All of them were humble and amazing people. Maybe, some few of today's students will adopt the same attitude and TRAIN THE OLD SCHOOL WAY.

@@shanelacey5296 Hey Shane!!! I'm involved with some Autism disability programs at Edith Cowan University these days. One day brother. One brother. I saw Master Vince in a dream... He was in a HUGE MASSIVE mansion with his same table at the top end of a huge hall with carpeted floors. He pretended to be fierce - as usual - and then he broke out laughing and couldn't stop smiling.

Awesome look into the explosiveness and devastating techniques of CLF. I have been doing CLF for about 5 years and am just now really starting to see and understand how the techniques work. Thank you for uploading this video.

I Trained under sifu Gearge, sisook Dom, Collin and also under Vince c, these are tough men trained by excellent sifu,s Unfortunately the softness of people today a business would never run with the old Skool hard core When I trained I loved it the more you put in the more I got back, all I ever here is put them up against mma These people are idiots, I don’t think they realise when your on the street defending yourself their are no rules But sing choy lay fut very effective discipline extremely conditioned hands and limbs with knuckles of steel
