The grey one is from hogueinc site / ebay still have it. Original legion grip is from gunbroker. LE grip comes with gun

Will 18 round mec gar magazine fit inside the magwell?

Yes. It will work. Only the US-made 20 rounds does not work. (Sig or pro-mag)
