I don't have the Rose Edition, but I do have the 365 380. I love the way it shoots. It's my quick grab n go for errands EDC. The recoil is so light, I call it my angry 22.

Still waiting for my 365-380 kit after months; I did get my 365-XL Rose last week. You might find it useful to know that PHLster now has a 365-380 Enigma Express, which is great news. They already had a 365-XL Express; Sig claims that the 365-XL Rose fits all 365-XL holsters, so I think we're covered there.

Don't buy the 380. Under 150 rounds in a P365-380 Rose Edition, the large recoil spring jumped over the rear retainer and catastrophically failed. Pistol will not go into battery and cannot cycle. If Sig ever sends a replacement spring, my wife's CCW/Defense pistol is now a range queen.

The Sig P365 specter has more gold. I did not know a gun had a gender???-I know I own one. I have never had a gun hit on me.
