I have the hellfire 3-12x44 whiskey 4 on my 7prc and absolutely love it it all conditions. I have also taken it out prairie dog hunting out to 430 yards and everything tracks great. I’m shooting 1/2 to 5/8 group at 100 yards with factory ammo and usually 2 threw same hole. Thanks for the reviews keep it up

Great review. I appreciate you being honest without being abusive. I've looked through one of these scopes. Not really impressed. I think that the Arken 1-8 and 4-16 are both better, FFP, Illuminated reticle, and around $250 on the website. Maybe $300 on Amazon. If I want to spend a little more, Vortex has a stable of scopes that kill this a scope including the Venom, my favorite the Strike Eagle, and I would prefer one of the Vortex LPVOs at just slightly higher magnification because I love less weight on everything other than competition rifles.

Thanks for talking me out of that purchase. Scope caps and a throw lever don't add much to the cost but are eye catching when browsing through scopes.

I don't have the 3-12, I do have the 4-16 on mine it is FFP with the "MOA milling hunter" reticle on my boudget 22 creed build. I have dialed it out to 585 have had no issues. I like the optic for it price seem to do everything I need for where I am located and where I hunt.

I'd love to see you take a couple of scopes, in FFP and SFP, and literally open them up to show people the internal workings of the 2. Show what you're paying for, when buying a FFP. Why the weight is different. How it all works. I think your way of explaining it would help a lot of people.

I just got the MSR 2 to 12. It is a freaking tank! It looks like it has the same caps which do not stay on, they are not tight enough and they just fall off. Thanks for the review.

That scope is made for West Virginia hunters, that's who 200 and less yards. $85 scope great buy. Mine is the Buck Master line

Ok. I’m thinking about one. I’ve visited Midlands/Odessa. What you want or need for a scope is way different than what we need here in the woods of Carolina. I’m alway an under 200 yards. Heck I only really need a 3-9 but like more zoom for target practice.

I've thought about this scope. The only reason for me having 12x zoom, so I can see my shot placement when sighting in the rifle. Oh wait, just don't forget the spotting scope when going to the range😂😅😂
