Sigalagala by Otieno
Translated as "Let there be ululation," this selection comes from Kenya. The arranger, Silvester Otieno, is from the Catholic Choirs' Association. He is a native of Kenya and learned to read and write music from a priest from the Netherlands. He has taught high school choirs in Kenya and is highly regarded as a composer and arranger.
