I know this is a lot, but this video really helped me build my confidence. Can you do it for all the 40 rudiments please? It will help me and many others

What is it called when you play a flam accent but the flams are a double stroke(idk if I explained that right)

what is it sounding like?

Definitely flams.

A flam consists of two single strokes played by alternating hands. The FIRST STROKE is a quieter grace note followed by a louder primary stroke on the opposite hand. I have a problem myself lowering the volume of the ghost note. ( quieter grace note )
