@@kenh3344 The signage in Piccadilly circus means it is sometime 1947-48 when the Wrigley's advert changed from having 'For Vim And Vigour' at the bottom (7:35) to 'Made In Great Britain' (10:19). The film showing at The Pavilion is indistinct but if I had to make a decision I would say it is 'If You Knew Susie' which ran in early 1948. The film was not all shot on the same day. With absolute certainty the film can be dated late 1947-early 1948.

The Houses of Parliament , where Lords and commons meet to fashion the kings laws and “promote the People’s well being’. How times have changed . Today the two houses meet to work against the interests of their people ,dispossess them and make life better for themselves .
