I've been saying it since day one. If Venables gets the players, we're gonna be legit. And we're getting some absolute studs. We'll be back on top soon enough.

No boost, this one of my favorite YT videos of all time🙏🏾Just for perspective, I'm nearly 40 yrs. old, so I've seen my share of YT videos. I GET CHILLS as I watch the field intros, hear the roar of the crowd, and FEEEEEEEL the energy even though I was nowhere physically close to the Cotton Bowl this past Saturday. EXCELLENT work, not that you need to hear it from me!

Nothing has brought more attention, national recognition and pride to the state of Oklahoma than the University of Oklahoma Sooner football program. I'm so happy for coach Venables and the whole staff and team. Maybe the doubters will shut up about him and Dillon Gabriel. This was a statement game for the entire nation to see that Oklahoma is back. As Peyton Bowen said that there's more to do. That's great that there's room for improvement by the players. That's a good attitude to have. Try to get better every practice and every game. Boomer Sooner!!!

It's always so much better when the Sooners win the ones that nobody gives us a shot in winning. And this was a far far bigger win than the score showed I will never forget that goal online stand and the winning drive that Gabriel put together with what was it 1:15 left on-the-clock. I believe there were no dropped passes and no Sooner penalties on that drive, it was perfect !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its great OU has improved in several areas such as the offensive and defensive line, to include the secondary. However, OU still needs to clean up that special teams play and the running back's foot work, timing and anticipation because the front line is opening holes but the running backs are not jump cutting into them. When you view the game replay footage the running back Marcus Majors will provide the best examples of failing to anticipate and hit or jump cut into holes. However, once he is in open field Majors is awesome at making the first, second and sometime third man miss. I hope most of the injuries sustained during the Texas game were minor and everyone takes a little time to enjoy the Texas win, but not too much because UCF and others are out there. So do what you do, get on the practice field, in the lab, film room and clean up those issues because Texas was not suppose to score more than 17 points tops.

OU please don't eat the RAT poison, don't get too high or low. I think Its great OU beat Texas and has improved in several areas such as the offensive and defensive line, to include the secondary. However, OU still needs to clean up that special teams play and the running back's foot work, timing and anticipation because the front line is opening holes but the running backs are not jump cutting into them. So do what you do, get on the practice field, in the lab, film room and clean up those issues because Texas was not suppose to score more than 17 points tops. Moreover, those OU running bakes are Awesome!! and that is why their play or lack thereof is driving me crazy. OU running backs please allow the holes to develop "first", once they do don't dance in them instead Hit IT!!! with a purpose no jogging you called a "Running" back for a reason "Marcus " not saying any names, then use leverage , anticipation and angles to break tackles. Come guys I know you got this.

All great points. I know coach BV will be on them about that coaching them hard pointing out several areas where mistakes can be cleaned up from this game. I think he's great at keeping players level-headed and always finding something to coach no matter how big of a win.. I mean Roy Williams was scared to go back to faces coaches after the legendary Superman play against Texas... One of the most memorable plays in all of college football History, while beating your rivals. He was worried about getting yelled at because he was coached not to leave his feet but he did anyways. And of course he got ripped into for leaving his feet. Yes that was the 2001 coaching staff but coach BV was on that staff and is implementing that same mentality

I truly don’t believe that coach Venables would allow his team to succumb to rat poison. He keeps those boys locked in 24/7. This team is different. Idk about you but I’ve been around long enough to see the 180° turn this team has made. They’re locked in and have laser focus! They know what the goal is and they aren’t letting up until it’s done. Boomer!!
