Nice video especially the drone footage. I’m in Dambulla now and heading to Sigiriya soon. For those on a tighter budget, combo of 2nd class train ($1.25) and local bus ($1) gets you to Dambulla in 2024. Private room is $5.25/night at Robert Inn, one of many offerings. Looking forward to an açai bowl I heard they have them in Sigiriya. ❤ Thanks for the great footage and preview. I’d love to do the pre-sunrise hike but no idea how to set that up. I did that at Vulcan Baru in Panama and it was epic.(though the hike is longer, you start at 11pm the night before)

These buses are so cheaper. You can't compare the facilities of these with UK or USA buses which are sooooo expensive. You can rent a car or a cab for comfortable travelling. That's the best thing.... Have an enjoyable time with a lot of sweet memories ❤❤❤❤

Wow guys great adventure tour to sigiriya its near to my home town ..... Some time before there were huge bee hives and many people got hurt by bees so they are still available around the rock so its advisable to keep quite while touring its quite irritating though 😂 Enjoy the paradise srilanka warmly wellcome you guys

Hi! Which company did you go on safari with in Sigiriya? And what was the name of the park? I’m wondering if you experienced that is was crowded of jeeps or did you felt the safari was ethical for the animals? ☺️🐘

We went through a local provider and booked through our guesthouse, so I am unsure of the name. We didn’t find it too busy with jeeps as there are so many elephants jeeps do tend to spread out a fair amount. However, we did do it just before the main tourist season so maybe that effects I’m not sure if there any limits on jeeps in the park or not

Your videos are excellently put together but personally I feel they miss something (as with many Travel Vlogger videos) - there doesn't seem to be any kind of understanding or explanation of the place you're visiting. Just a couple of minutes explaining the history of the place I think not only informs your viewers, but is also respectful of these historic places you're visiting. I was lucky enough to go 20 years ago when crowds weren't an issue. An early start a smart move!
