Siglent Oscilloscope FFT Function Basics

This appears to show an SDS2304X. What firmware version is this running? I have the latest firmware installed on my 2204X. The menu options are different (I have 3 pages of options, this shows 2), the update speed on my scope is much slower, and the Hz/div does not go below 250Hz when 1 channel is selected. What settings are needed to replicate these results?

Wouldn't it have been great if he had moved the camera up to a reasonable position and shown the effect of these setting changes on the time domain trace as well as the FFT instead of filling the bottom of the screen with the irrelevant button panel instead? I just bought an SDS3034X-HD and it doesn't HAVE an independent resolution control for the FFT trace. You have to change it for the time domain trace - which makes the actual oscilloscope useless - to increase the resolution of the FFT. And by the way, "Siglent Support" in the US is absolutely, utterly useless. Don't be fooled.
