Sigma is the savior of Sony APS-C cameras. I wouldn't have pulled the trigger on a Sony a6500 if it wasn't for the presence of fast, sharp, well-built and affordable Sigma lenses. I ordered it alongside a Sigma 16mm f1.4 just yesterday and can't wait to get it! I mainly shoot landscape and architecture while traveling, but if I need a portrait lens later I'll definitely get this one.
