All it would take is a werwolf bite and then he’d basically just be like any other vampire to Klaus. But even without that, Klaus is still much more powerful than him. Klaus is literally the only exception to the “the older the vampire the stronger they are” because Klaus can beat 2 Originals by himself guaranteed and they were all turned at the same time so should be equal. He could possibly take even more if he actually tried.
