Also very likely were part of a single pack in their youth and leading it and broke it in search for adventure where we cant take the entire pack with us. If you cant relate to this, i guarantee you are not a sigma, likely a confused/wannabe gamma.

I get sigma on tests and of course they love stroking egos on these vids especially for the watches and likes, and all the people that want to feel like they’re different and cool, I didn’t even know what the shit was until I took the test and then I was like wow that actually is me. I was just saying that however he’s changed it seriously has helped him a lot especially with healing and satisfaction to whatever he’s doing. He was someone who sat around and just complained, also kept recalling past experiences. But I don’t know if it was because of philosophy, psychology, or what. But now he overall lives totally different. And his job status only went a step up so I have no idea what’s going on. His relationships have been the same typical drama. And he doesn’t mean he’s not playing the game at all. He’s either playing a different “game” or has maybe found a different way I have no idea. He’s nothing like past years. Even family members we rarely encounter are aware of it. I check some of these videos out not for him but just coming in from tik tok arguments.

Like binge eating ice cream, is cope. Or cracking open a bottle of wine and polishing the whole thing in an hour because you've had a bad day and want to forget the world and your troubles if even just for a couple of hours. Its cope. It's part of the 'human condition', but if one is to change, and no longer be limited by one's limitations, and overcome one's inner inhibitions, one must look inward, and face oneself. Reconcile and tame (and eventually weild) one's 'demons'. You can be moulded by the world, (and simply survive/subsist) or mould yourself into something capable of thriving within it. That is my experience. Take what is of use, and disregard the rest.

I've meet only a very few sigma males, I notice that they are lone wolfs, and they seem so sad, or like someone broke them. They sit alone, and are not so easy to approach or have a conversation with. The vibes they have can be felt from a distance, in the tarot cards the sigma male is the Hermit. I'm more of an Alpha male, but a more funny one, easy to get along with, and have respect as my over all rule of thumb, if anyone around me or with me has to show respect, if they don't I close the door on that person and no longer give my respect to him/ her. I don't try hard to be the center of the spot light, I share it!! My good looks and out of the box sharp mind, and funnyness draws people to me, and sometime the wrong people. All the friends I've got and had really like me, not every one is gonna like you no matter if your a sigma, a alpha, or empathy, people with big ego's have big jealousy like thos low life narcissists do!! So me I do pick and choose my truest friends carefully, because there are fake people out there that seem nice on the surface at first but in time their true colours show. Respect, honesty, & fairness are my 3 tests that my friends have to pass in order to be one of my true friends. I have a "nac" for spotting evil people from a distance due to my experience of dealing with them, and from my many years of research on them and what makes them tic? I don't have any male sigma friends because their just not on the same page as me. Plus I find them to be so, so boring. No life in them kinda thing. No offence, but I like people that are bubbley and cheery , not boring lame, and no zest in life, I mean if that's how they are ,whats the fu.....g point? 😜🤸🤸🤸🤔😎🇨🇦
