Boy, is this true. I have been in several relationships and in all of them, i felt i was doing all the work and putting in all the effort. [Which proved true] I was honest, caring, compassionate, thoughtful, romantic-everything i should have been. But did they ever do the same? No. They wanted all the 'benefits' without having to work for them. That's why i am single by choice and plan to stay that way. My last relationship ended in 2017, and i have been happier and more alive since then. Here's to the single Sigma male!!!!

Spot on. They act like we want them to so they can lure us in. When they think they have us, their true colors come out. Women say they want a man who listens and pays attention to them. When they find one, they suddenly discover they don't like it. There are us guys who do pay attention to their likes and wants and try to give them those things. But there are us men who pay attention enough to their habits that we fall for, but recognize when they suddenly change and we notice them and call them out. Then the excuses and point blame on us start flowing out of their whiny mouth. Relationships and marriage are significantly overrated. The world tells us it's what we need to do. Says who? Get to know yourself, love yourself, enjoy your own company, you'll soon learn that you may want them, but you don't need them
