Unlike one sin, this thing seems to want to encourage people to embrace their sins, and wishes, and bloom from them. Kinda feels like it represents Carmen and her current ideals.

I'd argue that Rose Sign represents both Ayin and Carmen, and whole phenomenon of ego manifestation and distortion at the same time. There's actually two voices in the abnormality event during the fight - one green and one yellow. They speak in turns, both encouraging you to embrace your desires, but in the end they both simultaneously say that they only want to see their garden in bloom with roses (blue line of text, since green+yellow=blue). I don't exactly remember, what yellow and green lines say, and how much they are in agreement with each other, but they both want people to follow their desires and embrace sibs, since it is what they need to achieve the state of "bloom" - and then distort or manifest ego.

@@Mirn_atom yeah that's my point. Ebony queen felt like a He at best and so did my form empties. To make things worse both of their egos are He and Teth respectively. This is the first abno which can insta kill you in under 4 scenes, akin to the likes of Judgement bird or worse

Just beat this boss with a corroded Impending Day while the rest of my team was dead or staggered. Nclair is simply too insane to lose to a gimmick boss.

WAWs seem to have a thing with gimmicks. It would only make sense, the stronger the feeling, the more you'd need to immerse yourself in it to defeat it.

Just fought it a few hours ago. MAN, what an unsettling fight. Watching my sinners bloom into crucifixed roses was horrific! The fight was on the easier side once you understand the mechanics. However, its still ann amazing final boss for this season's railway.

@@Alouvfrent When it spawn the roses, each rose is then assigned a sinner. Kill the roses so your sinners survive, the roses themselves will take 25% of the assigned sinner's HP each turn, and after 4 turns, the assigned sinner will die no matter what if you haven't killed the rose.

@@randomancrossoverfanwell I don't think it's an aberration of One sin, religious abnos tend to revolve around almost the same concept. I think of rose sign as its own abno as one sin represents redemption while rose sign is more akin to savior complex, I based this on its check dialogue. edit: rose sign is an original abno not religious (abno code is 04 not 03) abno my bad

@@fauruane9335 Original is designated by the letter O, not a number. Whitenight, for example, is both Original and religious The alternatives to Original are Fairytale, Donator, Trauma and M (which we dont know what it stands for) Its also worth mentioning that the codes in Limbus are not the same as those from Lobotomy. The only part of the code that is the same is the letter. Also, many aberrations are designated as Original

@@fauruane9335 Original is represented by the O, which means its not mutually exclusive with religious (04 means inanimate btw). Besides, Aberrations *can* be original. Original only means the concept for the abnormality did not come from a Fairytale (F) or a trauma/fear (T).

While this abno has a lot of similarities to both one sin and flesh idol, it seems as if it is its own seperate abno and not an abberation of a known one, since its designation code is unique as far as I know.

As sad as I find this, I still need to say it... The designation is completely made up by Limbus Company, not the ones Lobotomy gave them The only exception to this is Nothing There, who is so infamous he is known outside of HQ All others either never had a similar code or got their code changed later on If you check in the current update you will see that Ebony Apple and Pink Shoes no longer share codes with the originals The codes themselves are also pretty different, with 3 numbers rather than 2 and the "M" designation which we now nothing about Also the similarities to flesh idol... Not that strong in my opinion

@@thaumoking9947 True it only really works for things related to Nothing There so far but I still like to think that there is some rhyme or reason behind the designation numbers. This also brings up the question if the other abnos that share Nothing There's designation are even abberations or just offshoots of Nothing There like Queen Bees drones or Censoreds spawn since those are some of the other examples of shared designation numbers we have so far.

@@bmviewer1903 Any attempts I have made towards figuring out what each could mean have been in vain, and I have talked about it with other people to get other points of view, and still got nowhere. And believe me when I say I want them to make sense. Whatever meaning they might hold, its not the same as the Lobotomy Corp codes. The last digit no longer is unique for each abno, no matter if you consider the second or the third to be the equivalent to the last digit in Lob Corp codes. the best explanation is that these are new codes that Limbus uses and just MIGHT be vaguely based on the ones Lob Corp used They do use them for Distortions too which does seem to line up with this (as there is no way a Distortion could have a Lob Corp code)

@@bmviewer1903 As to Everything There being an offshot of Nothing There as you called them... Its unlikely Mostly because Nothing There in particular has nothing like that that we have ever seen Everything There is also different enough in my opinion to think it is its own entity, since it seems to not like disguishing and rather just attaches to the host from the outside. Hell, we may not have even seen the actual thing yet! It is true that *most* of the ones we fight are just corroded inquisitors and not actual abnormalities, but the fact there are several "Everything There of An Inquisitor" plus them being named that rather than just Everything There makes me think those might be offshots of Everything There

Sign of Roses visually represents Carmen way better than whatever that shit Bloodbath is. It's also fucking scary how the Sinners just get crucified and bloomed into roses. Also, as a matter of fact, Sign of Roses simply looks like a torture device. Sign of Roses has just so much lore that, literally, i'd wish it were an ALEPH class instead of WAW. The music, the effect, and even the message it gives, they all could have converged into an ultimate ALEPH boss. Literally it had ALEPH potential, if only it did something like growing more powerful as it bloomed sins.

If My Form Empties want you to be lifeless husk that knowing all kind of Karma is still a bad Karma and it better just do nothing at all. Rose sign want you to bloom yourself out of all your sin show it to the people why don't you and how you might ask by killing you and turning you into a flower in it's garden.
