It's very interesting seeing how other light manufacturers design their rotating lights compared to Code 3 and FedSig. I can't imagine this design being very reliable at all, but its very cool seeing it!

I’m having the exact same problem right now. Going to try that brush tomorrow, I thought mine was a short in the ground.
