it is a time invariant func because the y(n,k) == y(n-k) to check: y(n,k) = T[x(n-k)] = x(n-k-5) + x(5-n+k) : (1) y(n-k) = x(n-k-5) + x(5-n+k) : (2) (1) and (2) are equal
