@@ayushbhardwaj7650 ...Bhai ,Phase 2 is not as easy s it seems .You have problem like Mungeshpur drain ,Mundka metro and Rob plus water bodies which surround Rama Vihar area .Other issue are like pollution holidays ,Monsoon (July-Sept) .I am sure the contractor of phase would not have saved a single penny from the project.

@@sunilsharma-yy4hf Sir, I definitely agree with you it was a challenging package, not easy at all but I'm just saying that - first, its fault of NHAI for giving such an important package to not so well established company like CDS, HG Infra, GAWAR, LT Megha etc, they have more resources and experience and track record is superb. Secondly, local authority delays were faced even in package 1, yet it is almost finished, similarly pkg 2 company was troubled by them, so its understandable for slow progress on these parts and I'm not complaining about that but what about other parts where there was no obstruction, they could've progressed faster there. Thirdly, there are also quality issues in this pkg like collapsing of RE walls at multiple places, I'm not commenting on DBM quality despite low traffic movement beacause that is not final layer so we have to wait and watch but signs are not good and there are no such issues in other packages. Hope you understand what i mean to say
