His streams usually start right at the end of my day at work, so most of the time, I Bluetooth it through my car on the drive home to just listen in, and I had JUST pulled in the driveway at my house when "McButts" happened and I was in tears laughing so hard. I just sat in my car listening to the whole debacle 🤣🤣🤣

i mean, we're american and all pretty much have mixed heritage what else are we supposed to do lollololol i have scottish heritage myself but it's more like 1/4 scottish i guess in d&d terms you could kind of relate it to half-elf's or something, not enough to be one culture but not enough to be the other lots of people mixed up feel like this and i'm not even that mixed compared to other people the lower percentages i do understand how it's kind of funny because here in america almost everyone will claim to have native american ancestry even if they are like .1 percent and it's a bit of a meme so we make fun of it ourselves so i'm not saying it's wrong (the jokes are just jokes) but, i do think we kind of should understand people want some kind of connection to their many cultures when they aren't just one thing

​@@feloniousbutterflyI don't think it's clowning in people who want to connect to heritage, but more on people who claim they know better than the person who currently lives in said country. For example - I'm Polish, lived my whole life here, I'd say I know the culture pretty damn well. Then I read posts from Americans, whose grand grandma was from Poland who claim that they know better the culture and reality of living in here. Like no, you don't. It would be neat if they approached the subject respectfully and wanted to actually learn and be aware that they aren't the most educated in the subject. Like heck, I'm mixed as one of my parents is from other European country to which I've been couple of times. But I don't feel even comfortable saying that I know better about the reality of living there because I don't have enough experience nor knowledge (partly out of my own volition, since I'm not interested in educating myself - hence I don't claim I'm from there all high and mighty). Hope this clears this up

I know (from my minimal research) Scottish clans don't have to be connected by family, but Idk the precise process of how the clan name is chosen. I tried to find how long ago the thing we sit on started getting called a butt, because if it predates the clan, and it wasn't a preexisting surname, they HAD to know. 🤣
