Thank you!!! I have been able to do ABC’s for over 40 years and recently decided to learn The Lord’s Prayer in sign for our church. This is an amazing tutorial and I can’t wait to learn this and more. Just an FYI….kids in my 5th & 6th grade class learned our ABC’s because we were getting caught passing notes. 😂

I have been following you for over a year and love all your tutorials. You were instrumental with helping me learn sign language for personal and worship reasons and I have been doing sign language worship with our worship team now for 10 months. Thank you so much for sharing your gift of signing, you have truly been a blessing!

Using your instructional video to teach our students in grades 3-5. Easy to follow and much appreciated, especially in that you interpret the same version (words) we use in the spoken Lord's Prayer. (As an aside - we sign "holy" for "hallowed".) Well done and thank you! May the Lord continue to bless you and your crucial ministry!

Hi Eagles Nest!! I'm so glad you're able to use it in your school with your grade 3-5 students. I recently got a request to learn the 23rd Psalm in sign. It's a little trickier, but hopefully your students can make use of that video as well. Look for it in the new year. Merry Christmas to all in your school community

Thank you for this video of the Lord’s Prayer. I have been hard-of-hearing all my life but in 2013 I became deaf. I took Sign Language in college but it wasn’t enough to use in my daily communications. I have always practiced the Lord’s Prayer 🙏 but was unable to locate signs for Hallowd and temptation. I used the sign evil to take the place of the word temptation and the word holy for hallowed. I don’t know enough worship signs and was intimidated by the interpreter. They signed so fast and it was so hard to grasp what they were signing. I finally left the church where I was an active member and started watching preaching services with captions. Yes, I was able to understand the sermons so much better but I miss the fellowship I received from the church members. I’m so glad that I found your KZbin channel. I’m clicking the like and Subscribe button today. God bless you.

We have used your video & done this as part of earning a sign language badge w our American Heritage Girls Unit! Thank you! Loved the tempo & explanations. They want to lead the prayer in front of their parents for their mid year ceremony. I only wish the ending run through didn’t have the debtors interruption, bc I am fairly certain they won’t pause, but continue to mimic. Oh well. 😉 We have ran through the video at least once almost every meeting, & I sent it to their parents as well! 🥰 The challenge is something I think they’ll remember for a lifetime. They loved it! Thank you!

I have a family member who preaches in a church and he has been preaching for 25 years and he is 54 so you can tell he has been doing that for a long time. I have been wanting to learn some scriptures and versus in asl from the bible because i would love to be able to translate for his and my family's church. i want that for my future and be able to help other children as well. This is ASL signs using English grammar and syntax. So we sign the same word that we say. Many people call sign language with English grammar and syntax Signed English, or Pseudo Signed English, or English sign exact rather than American Sign Language (ASL).

Hey Anastasia, yes the video is PSE. I direct everyone at the beginning of every video to the description and in the description I outline that the video uses ASL signs with English grammar, and therefore is PSE. I went through a period where I put PSE in the title, but because my videos are geared to beginners most people didn't know what PSE was and I was fielding a ton a questions as a result.
