Yes I went through that with my ex husband. He told me flat out he loves his kids mother no matter what she does. I said really! Even at the expense of our marriage. I am glad I’m divorced he still had her name tattooed on her the whole entire marriage. Removed after we was divorced. I feel like my husband still loves me and is going through the grieving and nostalgic stage of our separation. He monkey branched to the coworker within 15wks of us separating. He is currently moving in with her but they are flaunting their relationship to try and making me jealous. She is insecure and they are playing games and taking actions to make me think this. He is also looking at music videos i used to listen to. Everything he is doing is out of character for him. She is along for the ride. Their relationship is moving fast but i think he regretting it and she is playing games to rub it in my face. She is putting him up to these actions because it's out of character for him that began after i left. It's only happening in his fb page because they know it will get back to me. Only insecure people do that because deep down she knows he is hung up on me. He hasn't processed or healed.

starting to doubt if he still has feelings for his ex or not. he brought up the other day during an argument that “if he wanted to be disrespected, he’d still be with his ex” it was very hurtful to hear. he likes instagram posts joking about his ex being an awful person. and the music he puts on his stories are related to ex relationship pain. i’m not sure how to feel, since he said he broke up with her, was pretty apathetic in the beginning. but he puts his relationship trauma on me at times so i am not sure what this means.

Im sure he’s still attached, but I gracefully told him I’m willing to break up our family amicably with a co parenting plan and move out if he still loves her and wants to work things out. He was 19 years married with her and only 3 years with me. He refuses to and says he does not want to, but talks to her friendly all hours of the night about the “kids” which has caused issues for us because why is she calling at 11pm about an 18 year old getting picked up tomorrow…. It sounds like he's got you feeling like you are in competition mode or in limbo. I never had your situation but have had my own experiences of feeling like this. All you want is for him to be all about you and not give attention to an ex. It feels like he holds the power, all while you're trying your best to seem unbothered. You start questioning everything about your relationship and wonder if you've been getting played the entire time but just didn't see it. I can go on and on. My opinion is that because of what you are feeling, it means he holds the power. The reason is because, deep down, you are hoping that he just stops whatever is making you feel this way. But waiting on that will cause you to feel worse down the line. Plus, what if he ups and decides that he wants her back. So to gain your power back, you have to leave. This way, if you are who he really loves, he'll see that you're not playing around and think about what he has done to push you to this point. Basically, it should make him clean up his act. But the most important thing out of all of this is that you are regaining your power and showing that you are making a decision, regardless if he still loves her or not.
