Smartness is important in a relationship and cyberhackinggenius helped cloned my husband’s phone and I got access to all his dealings both on phone and social media without touching his phone. All I did was share my husband’s phone number with cyberhackinggenius and I was able to read both his new and deleted messages from my phone without having to touch his phone. My husband was a cheating Narcissist and I’m glad to find out all his secrets and infidelity with the help of cyberhackinggenius. I’m here in UK and able to access my husband’s phone messages with a link on my phone even while he was away in Canada cheating on me. I got to discover that my husband who is legally married to me here in UK is also recently married to another woman in Canada and I’m finally going through a divorce with lots of evidence against him. I read all his Whatsapp, Facebook,Skype,Instagram and Snapchat messages Including the deleted text and recent messages. You can contact this great Hacker Gavin via Gmail (cyberhackinggenius) or text and speak to him directly on his phone and WhatsApp : +19256795146 and don’t forget to thank me later.

You just gave me hope im trying to build evidence on my current spouse so i can get full custody of our son. Ive been secretly recording arguements and most of our arguments stems from her telling our colic 2 month old son to "Shut the f*ck up". Every time i call her out on it, she denies it and hits me in the face but were fighting a cps case currently because she refused to stop smoking marijuana while pregnant (we live in Texas so its illegal here) thats why I havent called the cops and with my luck i would go to jail with a bloody nose anyway and ever since she quit smoking since his birth she hates me like its my fault she got pregnant when she was always the one to want sex 1st even the 1st night we met. Im secretly saving up lawyer money and evidence because i know push will come to shove eventually and when it does i want to prove my innocence. I work from 6am to noon everyday at my new job and she always wakes me up to start fights around 3 am telling me "hes your son too, its your turn you watch him." When ive only been asleep for 3 hours or less and calls me worthless when i cant hold my eyes open and its affecting my job performance and my well being in general. My mom has been more of a mom to my son than his birth mother. Please pray for me

I am recently going through a divorce with a narcissist. I am so lost. She was dating someone 3 days before we decided to file for divorce. I was living with her. She told me she didn’t even love him or was he a good lover ( he was 3 ex boyfriends before we dated) but that she would learn to love him and he didn’t have kids that I brought into the relationship and that it would be easier for ( they broke up like 4 times when they dated according to her. She also caught him cheating on her. But he’s the one she went to. This is all over night because I stood up for my daughter because she told me she hated her and told me to choose. She said the final straw was me taking my own child on vacation when she didn’t deserve to go (my 14yo daughter) this is so wild. Many things I am now seeing because of these videos. I honestly thought it was all me. Currently heartbroken but I hope to get over it soon 05/04/23

I have felt so alone in this...But seeing these comments I know it’s not just in my head and I’m not alone in it. An example, “I would never have a child with you” (even though we have one already)...then after watching the Christmas lights with our Son we stop to get a snack at a drive through. She says “Ok, so I’ve been taking prenatal vitamins and they are almost out, should I just finish them and that’s it, or get more?”...I looked at her with complete shock at what she just said and asked her “what do you think?”. She got really angry about that and made sure to let me know I was such a horrible person for responding like that. Just something that came to mind first...but there are a million instances like that. Including her telling me we need to keep our personal life to ourselves...and then I find out randomly from others that she has talked at length with with people and made me look like garbage. I came to a point where I completely lost myself. She had completely stripped away any self worth...really anything. Everything with these people is so cunning and calculated...it’s hard to believe how well they spin their web.

I noticed you have a video on how to get revenge on a narcissist. I haven't watched it, but in my own opinion the best way to get revenge on a narcissist is to accept the fact they're their own worst enemy and that they will never be happy. They will ruin every good thing they have and leave a trail of destruction behind, but will never be satisfied.
@TheSimonScowl6 жыл бұрын
The idea is literally to DESTROY THE NARCISSIST before he destroys somebody else. You DO THIS using the same tactics he uses to 'gaslight' with (except that we're not gaslighting but telling the truth, although the narcissist will ALWAYS condemn you for 'ad hominem' attacks, conveniently oblivious to the fact that it is the narcissist who always relies on character assassination). And I discovered that the only thing that was preventing me from speaking 'truth to narcissism'... was my OWN egoic need to be different from the narcissist (but I DO have a confident, aggressive and feisty side).
@eliciagarcia36016 жыл бұрын
I actually think the best way to get revenge on a narcissist is to let them keep being a narcissist. For example my dad abandoned us for hookers and meth, so my revenge on him was letting him live a life of hookers and meth. Like what they are doing comes with its own revenge. My revenge on my ex is also just letting him be him. No girl unless she’s extremely insecure, manipulative, and abusive, will stay with him and he’ll never have a deep meaningful connection with someone because he doesn’t do that. It’s like the narcissism is their own revenge and if they stop it then they’ll be happy but also they’ll deserve to be happy cause they stopped it. It’s karma basically. Whatever they are doing they are doing to themselves to the equivlent. Just don’t reward their behaviour by giving them attention, even if it’s negetive attention. Cause “please don’t do this to me, I need you” is a stroke to their ego and motivates them to do it more for more of your approval. Just leave them and go be happy without them, that’s the revenge. The revenge is to let them be destructive and not let it affect you or bond to that.
@TheSimonScowl6 жыл бұрын
+Elicia Garcia Appreciate everything you just said, but narcissists can be 'worn down'. The results are unpredictable (e.g.: they might KILL you), but they're actually very easy to 'defeat' as they're extremely predictable.

Gareth Mason I wish there was an easy way help children being raised by Ns as the kids will experience abuse and continue cycle. Kids will go through the same sick abuse and never being taken care of. Not given a choice, they and become either a narcissist like the mom or scapegoat (sometimes switching roles.) In my case I became a scapegoat and subconsciously tried to make it out getting good grades to go off to college but ultimately formed a stress induced illness that took me out, never being taken to the doctor and even child protective services not doing anything. I ran away to a family member who took me to a doctor and temporarily house me. Ended up also being very narcissistic and kicked me out last semester of HS. During this whole time never having anyone tell me I was set up for failure in the hands of these Npeople no matter how hard I try. Took me until mid twenties and an abusive partner to finally stumble upon this information and taking steps to finally take my life back and know who I really am and not this terrible person this Nfamily has painted me out to be.

The fact that you are a female and talk about female narcissism, displays your professionalism and dignity. Thank you for sharing. Narcissism is the biggest problem in our society, although, so many people think that narcissists are only men. another interesting perspective on narcissism, is that the prefrontal cortex in the brain is the newest part of our brains, and in Daniel Amen's book "Change Your Brain, Change Your Life, he talks about the different functions of each of the varying lobes. The prefrontal cortex is where empathy, introspection, retrospect, tolerance, perseverance, attention span, judgement, and most importantly, self objectivity, reside(as well as traits). In a narcissist, many of these abilities in the prefrontal cortex are seriously lacking. I thinks that we should focus on the lobes abilities to understand these problems, as a narcissist's attention span and judgement are focused on their sense of superiority over others. They lack empathy and are not very tolerant of others, in general. Certainly, conditioning plays a role as we have learned from the breaking of the bond between the mother and the child, spoilage, wealth, and also abuse, but narcissism definitely has many influences. thanks again Stephanie, you have a new subscriber. Now, if we can just clone you. Much appreciated.

Then I experienced some of the worst behaviors from this sort of people. In one occasion that she exploded, her attitude was the very of a little imp, was a very child with the body of an adult, which was pretty violent, there I realized this people in the bottom are crazy, cause her behavior in that particular occasion was the very definition of madness, was pretty scary but showed me who she really was. Very violent, gossiping all the time, manipulating and putting everyone against me (And basically all the family is narcissistic, with she being the worst, against me), trying to damage my reputation and destroying my moral by any mean. I was raised by an EXTREMELY narcissistic father ( I also had a brother & sister ) dad was a very successful business owner/operator who was a totally different person in his professional life. Mom always tried to keep the peace and console us after all of the derogatory name calling, verbal assaults, hollering and screaming that was directed at us constantly as we were growing up. Mom was raised to "keep your family together at all costs" so she never left him and always made excuses for him. Now I am 54 YO and just learning what narcissism is and wish so badly Mom would have gotten us out of that house. Us 3 siblings all have extreme social anxiety ( I have also just learned what that is) --- mom always told us "y'all are just shy". I also now realize that all the girls I have dated in my life were narcissistic just like dad --- as well as my wife of 25 years. I was seeking out narcissistic partners for some bizarre reason. A few years back I figured out my wife was having an affair with my "best friend" (which was also her "best friends husband) and of course it was all my fault (and her friends fault). I have stayed in the marriage for the purpose of getting my daughter thru nursing school with no student debt but when she is finished I am out. This affair has led me to counseling and to open up to someone about all the feelings of inadequacy I have always had deep inside my head that I couldn't discuss with anyone. Now that I understand this type life/relationship is NOT NORMAL I regret raising my kids in the same type environment I was raised in (except with a female narcissistic parent). Unfortunately both of my kids refuse to go get counseling but I realize now they both exhibit same symptoms of myself and my siblings. Thanks so much for your videos as they help continue my education in how to recover my emotional health from a lifetime of narcissistic domination in my life.

Has anyone ever been or claimed to be healed from narcissism? With evidence that supports its a genuine miracle. Cuz it would have to be. I believe there with the Bible calls reprobates and their conscience is seared with a hot iron and they cannot be saved and their mind is defiled and they're always Liars inventors of evil things Covenant Breakers proud boasters lovers of self never admitting wrong taking accountability always worried about clean and unclean Meats it says it all routes back to when they knew God they didn't honor him as God and started worshiping other things so God gave them over to a reprobate mind that they would do those things that were at the very least inconvenient it's a lot harder to be the way they are than it is to just be nice or the person they pretended to be to suck you in. That's what blows my mind because I've been the victim of a few of them on with one now and she did a good job acting I'll tell you that cuz I was trying to be extremely careful looking for the red flags and she put it on for like 4 months and she did a good job there wasn't one slip-up that I noticed that I've got really good discernment. I know I'm not perfect I'm not a narcissist either but at the same time I don't know how I missed it I almost want to blame myself not like punish myself to stay in this I'm currently trying to work out a way to get out of the spider's web if you know what I mean. I moved in with her so I live with her at her place and I'm unemployed right now with no vehicle I sold all my money in a hurry to get it fixed so we could both use it and now she doesn't even let me use it when I need to and I need to make sure I have secure employment with transportation and my own place to leave could actually if I got a vehicle I will get a van or a truck so I could just sleep in that leave immediately and just get back to enjoying being me. I mean I love me and I'm good friends with me myself and I but it's really hard to enjoy being me when I got to walk on eggshells and I'm constantly finding myself caring about someone who doesn't care about me and I know it I'm trying to figure out why they want to be that way even though I know what they are Holding Out for it and they know they are what they are but it's always I know you are but what am I I just don't understand why they even want to be that way cuz it's so much easier to not be that's what it says they do things that are inconvenient. That's a nice way of putting it cuz never found it hard to love God and others as myself or care about someone's well-being or be humble admit when I'm wrong take accountability and really get to know myself and love me and healthy way but it's like she won't even let me love her anymore and you can tell she's going to try to push me away cuz when she was faking it and pretending to love me and pretending to receive my love even though it wasn't the real her she seemed like she enjoyed it and I couldn't tell it was an act so it's absolutely mind-boggling to try to understand why or maybe that is the real her maybe not all narcissists are hopeless that's what I want to believe about her because I've really done my research on this has been around them and I know that that's where she is now maybe it's demon possession that's taking place prior to a person becoming a reprobate like Saul was on his road to Damascus and Jesus said the blind him and knock him on his damn ass cuz he was either going to repent and get saved or become a reprobate that very day I firmly believe it. And when someone's on the road to being one especially if they're really close to that cut off point cuz there's got to be a cut-off Point. Everybody's born that way it's hard to tell if they've already passed it or not and one of the things that really gets me is is there anything going on that is super evil that's like a plot not even just cheating which I don't believe there is but I think sometimes there's a larger agenda to either try and harm me or really just try to ruin me even if it takes her whole life I feel like sometimes she's having conversations with people talkin about their plans for me and it's disguised as other shit and I'm not a paranoid person and I'm not a person that thinks I'm that important that I'm more important than other people or something but I really don't try to just dismiss it with the same time when there's so many times that it just really screams out to me like this is obvious there's no such thing as a coincidence especially when there's too many coincidences and I don't like to stir the pot and I know they won't tell the truth but sometimes I like to just let her know that I'm really distrusting of her and I'm on to her and if there's anything going on it's going to be bad news for her cuz I'm a child of God and she will lose. And it seems like it gets her mad that she knows I know shit that I haven't been told and shouldn't figure out and that I'm right about what I'm saying. But it's not like she's mad because wrongly assuming falsely accusing her or even accusing me of making shit up that's crazy sometimes she just gets real quiet when I say shit to her that I feel is going on and I know if someone said that to me and I wasn't doing it I would not only be hurt that they thought that but I would wonder how they came to that conclusion I would want to make sure that not only did they know I love him with my actions every David make sure there's nothing wrong with them like paranoid schizophrenia but that's the thing I'm really observant and I have a sound mind and a good conscience towards god with a humble attitude when I say I have a lot of wisdom and I'm not stupid I'm not somebody that likes to be abused either but it's just so weird that she's quiet room even if she wanted to lie it would be so much better for her case if she just acted like it didn't bother or pretended it pissed her off that I was believing a lie but she sometimes just shuts down when I say shit that when I say it I wanted to not be true but it's so fucking obvious in I feel like it's so evil what's going on that I got to put it out there cuz I don't want it to be true but if it is I want to let them know that look all this shit that you're doing to try to gas me up so you can like me is just going to burn you cuz if it is what I think it is it's not just her it's a whole new group of people and they all work together I really feel like it's a koven and they're taking orders from and they're taking orders from probably Satan himself I also feel that's one of the reasons she changed I don't know where maybe she figured this would all have been over with and she got fed up with she's having to wait longer day get paid or get her reward will get out of the situation and go do what she wants or get on to the next victim but it's really obvious that something's going on. It's made me want to go out see other women to be honest. We're not married on government paper or any of that we believe in biblical marriage or at least I did and she lied about it but I still live here we sleep in separate rooms it's been about four months since we've been slow dancing in a burning room and I've been walking on eggshells and we haven't been intimate in all the last time we were it seemed like for that month it was a different person and she needed a good job of Faking enjoying a lot of shit including sex and love and all that stuff and then she acts like she did tests it now like she detest holding my hand when she used to be so affectionate I don't know but I don't want to overthink it and I don't want to assume shit that's not true I just know I have the discernment and I'm on to something but if they think they can take me down in any way they got another thing coming cuz Papa Jesus Got a Brand New Bag... of old tricks that are refined better than ever remember Elijah was calling fire down on them from heaven after he was calling them out publicly telling everyone why. @@amandapryar4675 is it even possible by because the Nac believes they are The center of the Universe and all things revolve around their epic gravitational pull. Could you even have 2 centers? It's seems like narcs specialize in Drawing Co-dependants and ematha and rescuers and such (enablers). Also maybe borderlines. If two narcs met each other I'm suspicious they will hate each other with burning passion (how dare a second person claim to be the center of the Universe?). well said... dont reciprocate the hate.. it does nothing butt justify why they do what they do to begin with.. and literally in a way makes u become what u hated them for... xb believe it or not there are ways people can actually help these kinds of people... will it be easy no... but most people are quick to simple hate/despise back.. cause its the easiest thing to do.. it reminds me of spoiled women... hating and thrashing them does not solve anything... there are ways to help women like that... butt rather then do that.. lots of people they simple insults and hope they meet a miserable life ... it usually take a person or a multitude of people to create narcissistic or spoiled behavior in others.. so in reality narcissists and spoiled people are technically victims who then go on to victimize others.. who in return want some sort of revenge... xb which then begets more hate.. etc etc... its a cycle... the key is to not reward bad behavior.. as well as not mocking or insulting bad behaviors... and instead encourage good behavior.. and then reward that.. and not apologizing for everything thing... in terms of dealing with spoiled behavior in kids and adults.. this is how psychology says to handle that behavior... the issue is now.. men are either still spoiling women till no end.. or now walking away thus the problem still goes unanswered... both solutions are literally carrying out actions that psychology says NOT TO DO WITH SPOILED BEHAVIOR... women today are victims of systematic ass kissing by men.... now women are ungrateful.. spoiled... self entailed.. narcs... u cant blame the effects without blaming the cause... now men are paying the price for raising their women this way... and now men are angry.. yet they still dont get it.. they are now doing the opposite extreme of spoiling.. they are ignoring it.. then insulting it at every chance they get... if men didnt expect the current result of what spoiling women does.. then how can groups like MGTOW be so sure that ignoring it wont have the same negative effect by in the opposite direction. this is a human issue.... if ur on team women ur a problem... if u on team men ur a problem... we should be on team HUMAN... im grateful for the men that dont run away and acknowledge the part men played in shaping women.. thus now understand how to help and encourage women to regain integrity.. cause it takes integrity to create it... men still kissing womens butts.. lack it... men who walk away.. lack it.. women who are a result of the fomer lack it.. which then creates the later who walk away which again also lack it... all this shit is so interconnected... a cause and effect of another effect of a cause.. lmao

@@InanisNihil interesting response. So what is the answer to the problem? How we as men can do better?
@InanisNihil6 жыл бұрын
@@thebitcher01 well science has the answer.. psychology approved.. the but question is.. do you have the will power to do it or are u just gonna "go the other away?" cause thats the easiest thing to do in my opinion... to walk away from a serious issue... also yes.. lifes not fair... so i believe its on the mens shoulders to bare it.. as they are in a better position to do so.. so in terms of not creating more spoiled women as well as fixing it... attempting to fix it.. the "right" way... men can stop apologizing for disappointments of women... its also extremely beneficial to empathize with disappointments without having to apologizing.. it shows u care for their feelings... as its important to validate peoples feelings... its shows u understand and care but doesn't mean u approve of it.. humans simply do not listen to others if they feel attacked.. they instead get defensive... u should know this well.. this is how all debates often go.. both sides tryna make the other side look bad.. regardless of who's right or wrong.. feelings are completely ignored..xb and dont make excuses for them.. let her know what u will and will not tolerate.. this by no means means u have to be and asshole about it... u can do all those things in a respectful way... men could be more assertive... as well as not get into arguments.. the fact that ur getting into arrangement with a SPOILED person clearly shows ur not helping nor know what your doing... just making it worse.. really think about that... what do u achieve by arguing with some spoiled person.. their fking spoiled for crying out loud.. just make it clear u dont agree and leave it at that... arguing more often then not is just a waste of every ones time.. acknowledge their feelings but stress they need to take responsibility for their own feelings... that ur not to blame for their feelings if u actually arent... if they start to act out.. dont thrash them.. just create space.. if u do thrash them u get that waste of time argument.. right.? so it dont help... also can ENCOURAGE good behavior... lets be real.. everyone likes to get rewarded... especially if u earned and or deserved it.. can we agree on this at least... we need men of integrity to help encourage integrity in women... u cant beat it into them.. u cant scream it into them.. u cant walk off expecting them to get it either later.. in fact all those thing themselves are signs the man has no integrity himself.. and its actually what psychology says we shouldnt do when dealing with spoiled adults... so many men rant on about "putting women back into their place" WRONG.. thats not gonna work... thats patronizing...which ill get too.. ALL OF THIS HAS TO.... HAS TO.. BE DONE IN A RESPECTFUL WAY... the second u get aggressive or hostile.. making them feel like they are being attacked... the conversation is over.. they are gonna be on the defensive.. NEGATIVE criticism are cancer when dealing with spoiled people.. men or women... YOU NEED TO BE CONSTRUCTIVE in ur criticisms.. discourage and encourage certain behaviors... thats what u do if u really want to help and solve the problem... now i know you may be thinking.. thats just to much effort.. especially if u do it and the women still ends up stepping on you.. well think of the now spoiled behavior of women.. it didnt just happen over night.. it was a constant and continual way men interacted with women that eventually lead to it.. it happened over time.. so its gonna take time to help it as well.. and lets not forget patronizing.. probably the worst thing a adult human can do social interaction wise with another adult human... when u treat someone lesser then you.. or inferior.. conversation over...!!! and it can create deep negative views toward the patronizer.. example of patronizing in my life... im 4'11 and 89lbs.. i worked retail and use to volunteer to help unload the trucks sometimes.. clearly i was not as strong as the guys(i didn ask to be psychically weaker).. and a little slower at it... but i still finished on time... butt lot of the guys gave me shit.. talking about im useless and slow and how i shouldn't be back here doing mans work.. like really... i volunteered cause they were behind schedule and short handed... here is a case of when a women attempts and tries to help yet gets belittle and treated inferior... like i knew i couldn't keep up but i just wanted to help and got thrashed for it.. u can see how things like this could be justification to start disliking men.. and im no stranger to extremes. .. like men telling me i should be rape and learn my place cause of an opinion... xb but i have enough integrity to not generalize all men based of the guys like this.. butt its hard not to.. not gonna lie.. i dont like femnazi butt my impressions on being "raped" are less then under the wing of the extremist men.. all this back and forth hostility is just driving a bigger wedge between men and women... i myself was a spoiled little ungrateful shit... but my bf of tens year now... who has lots of respect for all humans... was well aware of my behavior and he accepted it.. he didn't blame me for it or treat me like i was a evil shit... he understood the possibilities of why i was the way i was.. and basically did all the above... he could have thrashed and insulted me.. or walked the other away... and id probably still be a little shit right now... am i perfect now.. no.. butt im way better then i was before... and its all cause a single man out of all the men i came across lacked disdain for others.. hes just a very scientifically minded person.. that there is a reason for why people are the way they are.. and to solve it.. or have the best chance at solving it.. is to understand it.. then go from there in a constructive and encouraging way.. id say he is more reasonable then me.. more reasonable then most men in fact.. like i still get my spoiled tendency every now and then.. i yell and vent.. he lets me get it all out of my chest.. then we sit down and talk about.. and it works cause right or wrong.. he does not deny my feelings... these tendency i have that slip out sometime.. he still encourages me in the right direction.... so for me.. thats the answer.. short and long term.. butt its an answer most will refuse.. xb

Real narcissists have a personality disorder - it's hard-wired, has neurological implications and therefore pervasive, persistent and completely unchangeable. The biggest mistake we can make is to hold onto hope that they can see the error of their ways and change. This hope ruins lives. It is pointless using reasoning, logic, morals, ethics, etc, to understand them; they are anything but 'normal' (neuro-typical). Just identify the abuse and run, don't look back. Nothing good ever comes from interaction with narcs.
@alextorres9906 жыл бұрын
As someone who is not "normal" (atypical, I have autism), I'm not quite understanding. I am able to change my behaviors and my coping mechanisms with therapy and sensory tools, even my thought process has been able to change through out the years to the point where you can't even tell I have autism. I mean I wouldn't say my autism is "cured" by any means, I still have sensory issues that can incapacitate me sometimes but now that is few and far between to the point where I don't even notice my sensory issues (as long as I have my sensory tools). Is it different for narcissists? I've never been one (that I know of) so I don't really know how they think. But why are they so hopeless and can't be taught to open their hearts and lead a normal and healthy life?
@lrowlands536 жыл бұрын
CV B but this is like saying elephants could fly if only they realised they could grow wings. NPD has neurological implications, meaning, even if they were able to resolve their attachment trauma, their arrested development would not change, their diminished capacity to produce oxytocin would not change, their over activated reward system would not change, etc. The neural wiring is either absent or messed up in these circumstances. Neuroplasticity has its limits.
@lrowlands536 жыл бұрын
CV B Sure. BPD seems to be the exception. The mind is a great mystery still.

ENFP Perspectives I don’t want to be a prick, but have to say while your explication about what causes narcissism is an appealing set of ideas, it isn’t supported by actual research and accounts given by self aware and brilliant diagnosed narcissists like Sam Vaknin. I don’t wish to grind again over what is generally the consensus of psychological research. Please accept that attachment trauma can cause a dramatic flip in the psyche of vulnerable infants, resulting in NPD which emerges in late adolescence. What NPD may present like is akin to an iceberg. It is reasonable that we may struggle for explanations that concur with our current view of what constitutes being human. The problem is, real narcissists mimic normality as a matter of life and death, yet they function internally nothing like that - they are arrested development children in a stolen adult’s body with the drive of a hungry ghost who eats a feast but is never satiated.

I've watched a few videos/blogs regarding a narcissistic partner and how to deal with them....get revenge, walk away etc. As a man who's experienced a narcissistic on/off relationship for nearly 4 years, this advice has been invaluable. The first time I've ever heard mentioned the word 'Bully!' Bully exactly fits a female narcissistic partner to her core. Throughout, I've experienced extreme excessive behaviour, self-centeredness, no ability to express empathy or emorse, show you respect, see you as an equal, or relate to any of your concerns and feelings or allow a normal adult conversation/discussion. Infact they will turn it back on you, make it your fault, its your insecurities that are the issue/problem The other tactic she would use to try and avoid any meaningful response, was going into 'child mode' making light of the situation. They will challenge you as a man sexaully, morally, emotionally in fact in every way they can until they rob you of your self worth. As a friend said to me 'female narcissistic women are like a vampire they suck you dry of every positive emotion/feeling you possess, leaving nothing but negativity and a shell of a man you once was.

I lived 6 months with a narsicistic woman, I knew straight away that she was jealous of me, she was watching me like a hawk, she would create house rules and then obsess over me complying, watching me , waiting for me to do something wrong so as she could confront me .She would make little comments like " so which one do you fancy?" when I had 2 male friends over, but she would say things in a way that made me feel as if she was a close intimate friend. Some days she was aggressive and pleaded to be a victim in front of me, she was acting out little victim characters . Once she walked into the kitchen and crouched down on her knees holding her stomach in a pitying voice that she had a really sick stomach, next it was a toothache, next it was depressed, and on and on. I stopped paying her any attention when she did this, She would create dramas so as she could get all the attention then change the subject to work, She was passive aggressive when she was not in victim mode. When I confronted her, She acted as though I was the one causing problems, she had grandiose impression of herself , told me that I was a very challenging person to live with!!! I told her in a sympathetic way: you have a lot of anger. That really floored her, she came back to me a few days later in a little victim voice, and said, "maybe when you get to know me you'll see that I'm a really happy person". I felt so sorry for her, but I just couldn't tolerate her behaviour towards me. So I just kept up the boundaries and let her know when she was being aggressive. THen she had me evicted from the house by manipulating the other girl into believing that I was the problem. It was incredible. When I left I found out that she had been aggressive towards the landlandy and gardener. I met her years later by coincidence in a group and she exclaimed something about "our bad history together" , She had created a drama about me that projected her as being the victim. Scapegoating me so as she was seen as the victim! Look out for the warning signs and stay well away from these girls.

Katins S I went through a situation as well. In the beginning my Narc friend hid everything so well. She acted like she was into the same things I was, and also gave me compliments. Than she started showing signs. She would cut me off and over talk me while I was talking, If we were talking about something she did not want to hear about she would over talk me and change the subject, When we would be out in public she would walk In front of me leaving me behind so she could be in the lead, When I became in engaged she was fake happy for me and became even more Jealous, Envious and Spiteful. Anytime someone would congratulate me, tell me my friend was pretty or ask about my wedding plans she would glare at me with a nasty devil like stare. She even started wearing random rings on her ring finger even though she is not engaged in hopes of gaining attention. She started waving her hand around my face and scratching at her ear for weird periods of time hoping I would say something about her pretend ring but I wont acknowledge it. She once even questioned if my leather Coach handbag was real because she was so damn envious that I had a bag that she liked. I have learned to stay away from her she is truly nuts.

My idea to write this is to help readers get rid of the resentment and anger that sometimes is held inside against the abuser, even after the relationship has ended. The fact is the moment you move away from a narcissist and begin to work on yourself, you begin to heal. But sometimes resentment, anger, or the need for revenge keeps us connected to the abuser. This holds you back from fully recovering from the abuse and healing. Let go of these associations and be free, Karma will take care of the rest. Be kind to yourself and allow yourself to disconnect from your abuser and let yourself heal and have the beautiful future that you deserve.

I knew before she cheated and I found out and she discarded me that it would almost take miracles for it to work with her. The way it ended seemed to really be scarring me. Why? Cause I was chose over? I'm sure that's a big part. God, I just want to be ok without her. I want to be there right now. I finally left my narcissist GF (we shared a house... her house) I was with her for ten years of abuse. When I made the decision to go, she said she was sorry and cried and tried to look all innocent - playing on my sensitivities like always. I remained detached and neutral. Then as I just sat there looking at her with a poker face, she told me she had met someone... "of course you have" I thought. She was always searching and scanning the room for "him", you know, the good looking guy who would want to jump her bones. She paid 0 attention to me whenever we were out. I stopped going out with her because I knew what would happen. I slept in my car a lot and just didn't want to go home to more f-ing problems.
