Go to his org "teleodynamics' from there navigate to 'publications' and scroll down until you find the link to the PDF repository wherein you select sort by: publication date and presto you have deacons undergrad thesis for your first result. Good read, im very interested in situating deacons work historically if it connects the interest in peirce found in frontier science and technology circles beyond the academy.
