I thought I was abnormal,but now I understand ......the hug mmmmh😋,,,again my periods are irregular,I can skip even 8months and when they can ni spotting tu ........gone to the hospital, visited a gynecologist and was told its okay,but i even get worried

Since i started my periods at the age of 13 it has always been imbalance i went to hospital and i was told its amonorhea ....i don't know my periods date or ovulation dates .. untill now am stressed up i need to regulate it
