I do time restricted eating most days. Good for the kidneys, as well as all the other benefits.

Yeah, I do as well due to my medications. Late mornings and late evenings are times I shouldn't really eat. How does it work with you?

I only eat in the PM, finishing at 9pm. Sometimes have some cheddar after that (no carbs). Some days I skip lunch too. Back to my early 20s weight. I found the mornings really difficult initially but now it’s a breeze.
