Sigrid - Reeperbahn Festival Concert

After the year we've had, I will never again take live music for granted. As someone who grew up on classic rock, pop, blues, and soul, discovering Sigrid has been nothing short of a revelation. I will be at the very first gig I have an opportunity to attend. This is the tightest, most skilled, professional new band to come along in AGES. What a performer!

The problem is presented the first 15 seconds of a song, then everything after that is about dealing with it, accepting it, growing on it and moving on. No self-pity. All the songs has an uplifting undertone that I truly believe the world "needs" and maybe wants to hear. Maybe, especially now. Even though its timeless.

Sigrid gives a 100% performance everytime, dont know how she does it night after night, absolute professional, and the band, please look after yourself Sigrid, you are loved by a lot of people.

The performance is fantastic, and the audio quality is mind-blowing. The mix is perfect, and there's just the right amount of audience noise... you can hear them singing along, but it doesn't distract. Her band is superb, and I'm loving Sigrid's words, voice, energy and presence. I love it.

I was lucky enough to see her in Manchester (08-11-18) and she was absolutely fantastic. Her energy from start to finish was infectious and the crowd couldn't get enough. We were even treated to an impromptu lip sync to Journey's Don't Stop Believing (with a bottle of water for her microphone) after the concert and she got the whole band to come back on stage to have a dance and laugh. I came away feeling like a very lucky girl to have been part of what felt like a very special night! If you can, go and see Sigrid : )

Damn, this girl is a hit-factory. Credit to the band also. Video production likewise,but audio was little bit to low. Crank it up! This girl threatens to outshine AURORA by the moment. This festival is mainly for discovering new artists :) I would guess 600 out of 900 didnt really know her (dancing is still possible haha) the first rows (thats where I was standing) were dancing and singing along. At least thats what I did, haha. Loved the gig! Went to the cologne gig a few days earlier aswell :)
