Sigur Rós - Live at Musiikkitalo 24.11.2024

Second attempt at taping a show with my phone as of late and the audio turned out decent enough this time to share it. Sigur Rós kicked off their nordic tour here in Helsinki with a full ochestra backing them up. It's hard to put in words all the emotions the show awakened, lots of powerful sounds that carried you away to another realm, mostly gently via minimalistic repetition and every now and then with full force. Then there's Jonsi with his falsetto to tear you up...
The gig consisted of two sets, with a half time inbetween. A crossfade was used at this point.
