I saw these guys in 2006, the Oxygen festival in Ireland, County Kildare. This was there first track, before they came on stage, a white sheet was drawn across the stage... They entered afterwards.. All you could see was there shadow... They played this song...Fcuking Epic!

discover them over 15 years ago and always love their music,, two years a go finally flew to Iceland and drove it over 10 days I listened lots of their music while the journey!! epic isn't a word that can describe that!! those landscapes and infinite joy!! driving those lands make you appreciate their music and their unique art!!! now I can die!!!

I've been into this band for the last week, I cant seem to get enough of them. They make my emotions rise like a new sun.The fluctuations in sound and melody as well as voice patterns from the talented lead singer,well, are just simply divine and heavenly. what a beautiful and magical performance..! I'm deeply impressed by this, it nearly took my breath away! Amazin atmosphere they've created, i really hope to see them live once..! For those guys who were talking about postrock bands...This also might interest you..Some days ago I found a band here on youtube, called "Nyctalgia". You should listen to their song "Falling into nothingness".. Incredible great newcomer that deserves more attention...trust me..it's totally worth checking it out!

@ThanatosSagenev It is true that Sigur Ros has a unique style but I disagree on the part that they are "the best". Every post rock band has each of their own unique style and yes, you could recognize Sigur Ros easily by Jonsi voice (no shit). I think you should give massive credits to bands like Mogwai and Godspeed You! Black Emperor for paving the post rock path for bands like sigur ros. and others you mentioned earlier. Good video btw. It definitely took me to another universe.

I love this band and airy atmospheric music like this but the comment sections are always super cringey This one isnt so bad though, is mostly just people complimenting the artists and not posting predictable psuedo-intellectual "deep" stuff about how this represents what it means to be "human" and all that junk
