@@RU-vk4mh I ended up buying the M18 and I absolutely love it! I think with chairs like these it's very different for everyone because we are all different shapes and sizes however for me it's great. My wife loves it too and is actually planing on buying the exact same model and color (I bought it in white) as mine for when we move in our new house. I can definitely recommend it

Just ordered today. Expected delivery date is 8th April 2024. I’m bit concern about the depth which is 17.72 as I have 6:2 height and my previous chair was very uncomfortable. It would be helpful if you tell how tall you are so that I can assume whether it will work for me or not🙏🏻

So I got this chair a few weeks ago, but the lumbar support was killing me and I had to take it off , It was digging into my back a bit too much. But, ikd if I just had an incorrect configuration (althou I tried many) and since This is my first ergonomic chair Idk how much blame is on me, the chair or just the shape of my back, I feel like im missing out in the lumbar support feature, is there anything else I can do?. Any help from anyone is apreciated. Im 175cm (5"9) if that helps.

The lumbar support can be adjusted. You can dial the knob behind to make it more forward or backward.
