I agree in that the 1st one seems to be the best of the bunch because of how easy it is to reposition itself to a precise degree, and how easy it is to recover from being upside-down. Still, the 3rd one (the spinning top) impressed me for how it seemed to be an evolution of the 2nd one (particularly in that it seemed easier to recover with).

I was in a match yesterday that had an air support build that was using flutes. Lol On a related thing I have been trying to get an air support build that has a skinner too to latch on to high scenery to save on fuel XD The cockpit one with wheels was the best of the three. Imo.

1 is best, but is there a way to not make it so tall? like with second tower? also can you test at that power level how many rockets it would take to destroy 1 enemy in a single volley, then add more rockets to do so? how would making the rockets(not boosters) forward facing an upward affect how the hit?

isnt there a gun with enough recoil that u can use to propel yourself upwards? because I'm pretty sure I have seen a build like that where you just shoot at the ground to fly. imagine just flying overhead someone and they just end up dying because all the bullets

Reaper Copters - those are pretty interesting, but extremely hard to control. They are just not effective enough because you use your guns to fly/control, so aiming and actually targeting someone is extremely difficult. Reapers are using ammo (but don't overheat or need to reload), so you'll need a lot of ammo boxes there too, which not only add more bombs to your build, but also more weight. Beside that, it's an easy target because of the low travel speed (required to control it/target enemies). TBH there was A LOT of great or interesting builds in this game. My favourite one was the Tower Build (ICBM) - I even managed to create one with max antena lenght, with Harpy cabin, dual Hurricanes, both epic radars (for max range), Carjack and not a single booster to set it to ICBM (antena up) mode (pure game physics). Literally a very good medium/long/very long range support build with very own pros/cons - just like most weird builds.
