The joke behind this is that the original PC-98 version of this song sounded a bit different in the 2nd part of the chorus melody. However this "high quality rip" version kinda "fixed" the notes to represent the version most people know with the black/white PV which also included lyrics. So it's a PC-98 remix of a song remix of the original PC-98 version.

I love this so much dude. Lotus Land Story's version of Bad Apple is great (as are pretty much all the tracks in that game), but the remix really completes the song, so this is the best of both worlds, taking what worked for both and combining them.
