fundamentally, please ensure floor level gradient towards the drainage outlet and ensure there is no water ponding. This is the basic in waterproofing info.

Leave it, reapply primer or directly apply new coating of waterproofing. Please pay attention to corners and edges.

1. It has white/ grey colour only. 2. You may consider sika grout seal 703. Kindly refer to my video. 3. refer 2. However, this might not be a permanent solutions. 4. Nope. If there's ponding of water, it will not last, and may cause fungus mold. My suggestions: please inspect and identify the point of leakages. Fix it from the source.

Hi there, my exterior wall keeps getting white stains. Suspect there are water seepages causing paint efflorescene. Does sikacoat-500 seal all the cracks then can i paint over with jotashield antifade. Will this prevent the white stains from forming again

The white stains, actually comes from within due to water/moisture. It does help to use the SIKA 500, however, if possible, please try to locate the point of water leakages/seepages.

Most of the applicable substrates are concrete, cement render, masonry, metal, timber, and etc. I'm not sure about applying on top of PVC materials, but definitely need to make the surface rough before applying.

1) both the same. White colour is suggested. 2) yes 3) yes, just make sure the existing coating still intact and in good conditions 4) fix the ponding first. 5) yes, with added fibre. Higher tensile strength, and better coverage.
